PayHere securely approves your card for later charging. At the cutoff, if the list has enough seats, we charge each traveller's share and confirm the van. We email you either way.

If not enough travellers join by the cutoff (48h before departure), the ride is called off and no ride fare is charged. PayHere may show and reverse a small verification charge when you first approve the card.

So every name on a list is a real person — no ghosts who never show. Other travellers only ever see your first name and country. Never your email, never your number.

Yes — take up to 3 seats on your own name when you add it, and change the number any time before the list closes. You're charged together, or not at all.
